Office Practices

My office location, décor, and practices are designed to make you feel comfortable. I do not employ a receptionist or answering service. You will deal with me personally about most matters. When you arrive at my office, you will see a doorbell with my name on it. Press the button, and it will ring in my office. Don’t worry if I do not immediately respond. I am probably finishing up work with someone else. I will come to greet you as soon as I can after you ring the bell.

Typically I am able to see new clients within a week or two of their first call. If I am unable to help you for whatever reason, I will refer you to an appropriate resource in the community.

Parking is free and plentiful at my office. Located five minutes off the Southwest (Highway 59) Freeway in the center of Houston, my office building is a short distance from downtown, the Medical Center, West University, River Oaks, Greenway Plaza, and Bellaire areas of Houston. Because of the accessibility of the location I often see clients from other areas of Houston including Sugar Land, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Katy, and Cypress.

You will find my billing assistant, Phyllis Meyer, helpful and friendly. She will provide you with a monthly statement of your account and assist you with any billing concerns.
